Its been a year since I bought my 3 horse with living quarters, I love everything about it. Everything works wonderfully, the layout and design are super user friendly. I was lucky enough to be given a tour of the factory before I bought, and I got to see just how much effort goes into the build. I have no worries about driving this thing down the road. I had originally wanted a 2 horse because I was worried about how it would pull, but my truck has no issues with it and the initial fear of hauling such a large trailer disappeared after my first trip. I had a couple small issues with this thing when I first picked it up, and I was dreading having to deal with the warranty. Seriously, it is so amazing to call John and know he will do everything to make it right. My whole experience with Merhow has been fantastic. REAL PEOPLE ANSWER THE PHONE. There is no horrible phone robot directing your call to a voicemail. The customer service is fantastic! ALL THE STARS!
