Its been a year since I bought my 3 horse with living quarters, I love everything about it. Everything works wonderfully, the layout and design are super user friendly. I was lucky enough to be given a tour of the factory before I bought, and I got to see just how much effort goes into the build. I have no worries about driving this thing down the road. I had originally wanted a 2 horse because I was worried about how it would pull, but my truck has no issues with it and the initial fear of hauling such a large trailer disappeared after my first trip. I had a couple small issues with this thing when I first picked it up, and I was dreading having to deal with the warranty. Seriously, it is so amazing to call John and know he will do everything to make it right. My whole experience with Merhow has been fantastic. REAL PEOPLE ANSWER THE PHONE. There is no horrible phone robot directing your call to a voicemail. The customer service is fantastic! ALL THE STARS!

I have referred 4 friends that have bought Merhows and are also very pleased. I think they build some of the best trailers in the market. We purchased a used Merhow horse trailer this week and needed to know the dry or empty weight of the trailer to be sure we could tow it legally with our payload/cargo capacity hitch weight for our truck. John returned our call, took the Vin number the seller gave us, and looked up all the info on the trailer and even gave us the hitch weight which these trailer dealers never do. In addition, he said yes he could sell us a ramp for it. We talked and texted with John for 2 days. Largely because of the excellent customer service we bought our first Merhow trailer and are very happy.
